Blueberries are absolutely packed with antioxidants and healthy vitamins.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Here&#8217;s my recipe for my super delicious super power smoothie.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>1 cup skim milk<\/div>\n<div>1 cup frozen blueberries softened in the microwave for 1 minute<\/div>\n<div>1.5 scoops of non-flavored whey protein powder<\/div>\n<div>2 tbsp ovaltine chocolate drink mix<\/div>\n<div>1 tbsp natural creamy peanut butter<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>That&#8217;s it!
