I used the same pizza dough recipe that I&#8217;ve <a href=\"http:\/\/gregcooks.blogspot.com\/2008\/06\/pretty-darn-good-pizza-dough.html\">blogged about recently<\/a>. Instead of a tomato sauce I used <a href=\"http:\/\/gregcooks.blogspot.com\/search\/label\/pesto\">freshly prepared pesto <\/a>(all basil this time without the spinach). This was slathered on the dough and topped with mozzarella and fresh tomato slices.
