Along the way, we\u2019ll compare Brut and Extra Dry styles, talk about what makes these sparkling wines so fresh and food-friendly, and look at how place, grape growing, and winemaking shape what ends up in the glass.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To finish, we\u2019ll move into Brachetto, a lightly sparkling, aromatic red from Italy\u2019s Piedmont region. With its lower alcohol, bright fruit, gentle sweetness, and playful bubbles, Brachetto is exactly the kind of wine that makes sense in July.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In Italy, these wines represent community and festivities.\u00a0This should be a refreshing, easy-to-enjoy tasting with plenty to learn, whether you already love sparkling wines or are simply curious about what makes these Italian wines so popular.
