The Western Cape of South Africa boasts a 400 year history of wine production. Enjoy the unique flavors of wines from this region on Saturday, November 3. The region boasts traditional grape varieties including chenin blanc, riesling, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon and shiraz. But they are most proud of their own grape pinotage which is a crossing of pinot noir and cinsault.
